Hi,
i was there yesterday. Nice winds for SW about 14 knt
and a really nice shorebreak. Why was nobody kiting there, ..
not allowed ?
little confufed, didn'd saw a kiter at the hole coast.. ?

There were at least 15 kites at alameda, I think everyone went there

OB was going off
10 kites out
10-12 m
Over head sets

OB was carnage everywhere. Saw torn kites, one was my 12 m, lost boards, broken lines, broken bars. Some pretty good gusts, Jonathin on 8m, Chip/Anthony on 10's. Wind was nice, waves at least head high. Jonathin cut his toe pretty badly from his board fin.

All in all good conditions and everyone was stoked, cold and wet.
