A few of the local riders and I have compiled kiteboarding guides for our most popular beaches. Check it out:

Thanks for the info. I've also had some epic sessions in Lincoln City. I believe the park there is called Land's End. Lit on the 10 every time I've gone there. (And I'm a large human.) My mother-in-law lives there and for some reason I never mind visiting! Last year I forgot my full-suit though and the shorty was a little frightening. I just prayed for no mishaps. Stupid with hindsight, but what was I gonna' do, stay in my hotel room? Been there Dax?

Lets work out an exchange this summer. I know some of stumptowns best wanna come down here and we've got an extra room. I definitely wanna go back up and get some of that coastal butter this summer. Any bay area types up for a road trip in the late spring/early summer? I'll show ya tha spots. Karl

I haven't kited at LC yet. I do have a friend with a bed and breakfast there (
http://www.oregoncoastinn.com/) who I visit sometimes, but it seems never when its windy.
Btw, the guide really only covers the major spots. There are so many spots in Oregon and its hard to cover them all (and out of respect to the locals, we won't cover some of them.)
Kitekarl - love ya man. Gimmie a ring if you're headed up... I might head down there this year too.
