Landboarding in GGNRA

There's a bunch of topics from 2009 when GGNRA put the clamp on kite buggies and land boarding in the park (including Ocean Beach). Did some digging, doesn't look like much has changed.

Haven't looked into other locations like Presidio Airfield.

Has anybody looked into this in the last few years, thinks there's any room for movement?
