Tahiti - Kiting Aug-Sept

Does anyone have info on where to go in Tahiti to catch wind (and what the expected speed would be)?
I will be on a sail boat for 2 weeks from the last week of Aug to 1st week of Sept. Probably headed for the outer islands...
