South Tower Golden Gate Bridge-stay away

Yesterday someone from the fishing pier called 911, the kiteboarder caused a major rescue responce from the fire department with two jets skis, a fire boat, Coast guard boat,numerous fire department cars,trucks, and motorcycle cop.
Why...because you need to stay away from the south tower of the Golden Gate bridge.
This person crashed his kite in the wind shadow of the bridge, shredded his very thread bare kite on an ebb current.
It is very easy to wind up there on the ebb current if you do pay attention to where you are.
