I've taken lots of classes but they were for beginners. Where do I get IKO rules for the more advanced situations?

Is this the IKO book?

Is there a free online version?

Lets see... keeping is kite at noon for hours on land.
Yelling at people all over the place.
Having his wife being his servant.
Tearing somebody's kite in half on the beach and still trying to go out when obviously not in control.
And I'm not sure of what happened in the water, if he got in a tangle with somebody else or something, but I'm gonna take a wild guess from his previous attitude and say that he either way didn't respect the ROW or messed up the rotation in the surf and still kept yelling at people.

Also a great example of what NOT TO DO when your kite Hindenburg on you:
Instead of freezing and sheeting all the way in, just sheet out all the way and when the kite catch the wind again run towards the kite as it pulls you. Or just pull your safety if you have no room to run forward.
Kites: 2020 F-One Bandit: 10m.
Board: 2018 F-One Slice 5'1 Surf/Foil convertible
Harness: Manera Union.
Wetsuit: Manera 5/4 X10D

best part is when the little girl tells him off. probably told him not to leash his board before he launches.

I think the biggest wrong thing is his attitude, being noob is ok, just listen to experienced kiters, ask questions and observe. But yelling to others is not the way to behave, multiplied by cruel obvious mistakes results in "you're not welcomed here, please do not return" message.
Good-bye... and hello... as always!
