Left kite in Alameda

Ok this is a wierd one. I was at the beach this morning after the wind died. Watched a guy pull in and pump up a brand new kite, put it on the beach and then just run to his car and drive away Thought he was going home to get his harness or something but the kite is still there. Brand new Naish too. I am thinking I am going to go grab it and post it as lost and found. Anyone know who's kite that is?

Blue and bright yellow? That's jay. He's been using it all day. He'll probably be back to pick it up. He leaves next door.

Ahh, cool. Thought he had an emergency or something and had to leave it there. Would probably end up in the wrong hands if left there overnight.
