Anyone know how the wind has been down in Pismo? My brother in San Diego says they've been socked in marine layer for 2 weeks, no wind but great surf.

I was like, "Hey man, that's OUR marine layer you've got down there." Like Charlie said, the NPH has pushed it further south than usual.

anyway see you guys at the expo.
Tons of used ones around!

Chip just scored a great and swanky 87 MBZ Turbo Diesel Wagon which is pretty trick all around I must say. He is getting in on the biodiesel revolution as well.

San Diego is too far south to gauge what the wind is doing on the Central Coast. Typically, if its blowing at C Street, we're getting better wind up here and if it's blowing in the Bay area, we're getting similar conditions....
I haven't been to Pismo in a few weeks but it's been good at Morro Bay/Cayucos area. We've been getting fog last few days which has been burning off. One day no wind but it was like 80 degrees or something. Last two days light winds. Before that, wind was cranking....

Best Kiteboarding 07 Prototypes/North Kiteboarding Update

Post by rini » Thu May 18, 2006 4:35 am

There are many new products that will be released either for the the first time or in a full range of sizes at this weekend's Kitexpo. Best Kiteboarding just announced that it has sneaked some mid seaon 2007 prototypes into the US from Brazil for Kitexpo participants to test including the upcoming Cuben Fibre Waroo-Pro, 07 Nemesis-Pro and 07 Waroo.

North Kiteboarding has also joined the list of manfacturer participants and will have their full line of 06 gear, including the Vegas, North's answer to bow/SLE/hybrid kite designs.

If you plan on coming, please register online at www.xtremebigair.com to help us plan food for Saturday's BBQ.
