Count me in also. The last training I had was years ago, I could use a refresher course.
I've already dealt with one Kitemare this year, and while Emergency Services does their best, it takes time to reach us, in this case between 15 and 20 minutes from when I made the call. I spent 10 minutes just on hold.:shock: Knowing what to do until they get there is essential.
