Rubens contract clearly states his board selection is up for grabs (pun intended). Since that makes him available, I recommend sending him three boards for a taster along with a proposal of 50g per season, paid vacation time and MEDICAL!! Contest bonuses should be pretty normal, 5 g's for each 1st (S) , 25 hun for 2ed (S), one grand for 3ed. (better budget another 30g to be safe)
SPECIAL NOTE: For starters, I'd recommend you put at least 20 boards asside for him and his friends and dont forget he kites 4 seasons per year..
