its tuff just being a boy-toy..
Yesterday I figured I'd treat my girl a spicy little raun-day-vu.
so I stripped down to my johnson and covered myself in Saran wrap..
standing by the door as she arrived she simple looked me up and down and slowly up again and said "well I can see your nuts today"

Yuri, yeah... I did just get some in CR, but that was about a month ago now. It feels like eternity! Ha, ha...
Now you tease me with your line of boards and I can't even try them out! Damn!!!! :) Patience is my friend, but I really miss being on the water. Since I've been back from CR work has gotten the best of me. Kiting is my zen.

I dont plan on doing "movie popcorn" marketing. I.E. small $2.50 medium $5.00 but a large costs only $5.50. I am in this for fun not for money as anyone who has tried building boards knows, it is extremely difficult to make a living at. I enjoy doing it and have some CNC equipment which opens some doors. All boards would be the same. So it may theoretically cost me $5 or so more $ in foam.
Ollie, that is a tough one. It is easy to over estimate the strength of a product that someone may intentionally try to destroy. Big companies would have the advantage of not getting financially hurt if a few returns occured. I would like to match the 1 year warranty most manufacturers have but I have to obviously be prepared to have a few people go out and try to "Wasson" my boards to pieces. Don't get me wrong, I feel pretty strongly that my boards are over built. There are in total 7 layers of glass and 1 layer of Kevlar, I don't use carbon anymore as there is no need for it unless someone wants a knee breaker. The only difference betwen my boards and a production boards is that they use heated presses and I use vacuum bagging. But at close to 2000 lbs/sqft of pressure, the end result is comparable-just takes longer. So to answer you question- I don't know yet what the actual terms would be. I will say this for the time being, if you bought a board and it broke under normal usage, I would certainly not question replacing it. But of course, normal usage has some gray area to it. If Ruben lenton were to buy a board from me I would be honored yet at the same time his warranty would immediately be void :)
