Somebody call me and tell me where you guys want me to go today. Sounds like Ollie already got a Rap 2 12? If so, I may skip it unless there's some interest in seeing the other sizes. 541-380-0083.

Will,

the bigger sizes will be of interest but its more the question about the wind as the season is over...

Will,

Yesterday wasn't actually windy enough for the Rap2 12, I was out on the Outrage 14.

Wind is a possibility this afternoon at Berkeley or Alameda, possibly 3rd. I'll give you a call, but the timing would be later in the afternoon if we do get wind. If we get a repeat of yesterday, I would say Berkeley is the best bet as we sailed for a solid hour and a half yesterday and the tide is plenty low with plenty of beach. But can anyone comment on how 3rd was yesterday?

Sensor is reading 9 at Berkeley already. Third Channel is barely reading. Wind yesterday was W, today is NW.

The south coast was ripping yesterday - people were out on 8m kites.

Tried at Stinson with 8mph steady wind on RRD Type 7 18m. Others were out on 16m BFKs. All strangling....A bit too light for my taste.

If you want winds today chances are that the coast will go again...
but you will have to drive the 1.5hrs.

At least come by the crib and have a brew...see the kids, take a load off. Derick would want you to. I didn't catch a muskie this time, but we have scotch

Berkeley -- Point Emery or whatever. I'll be there between 1:30 and 2:00 pm. Looking forward to seeing everybody. Bring beer.
