But Monte - I haven't even been to "Front Yards" to lower the IQ yet!

Only one guy I know out there on Saturday with a Switch Combat C...
I don't think he looks at this board much.

while eating lunch at Alameda yesterday...

I suggested to an unsuited kiters to leave his kite in the stacking zone instead of placing it in the middle of the LZ BEFORE even getting dressed etc.... He replied "Life is short" before blowing me off and walking to the parking lot-

Maybe I should have DEFLATED his kite and moved it to the STORAGE AREA to teach him a little lesson about time management (and safety) but I'm tired of being turned into the jerk instead of the asshole just being a asshole.....

Good luck out there-
G'

I was kiting the parking lot and up and down the road with my trainer and longboard....

Cruising up toward the 2nd bathroom and as i was transitioning back to the lower parking....C kite tangled my kite into one of his lines...
now come on, I don't want to rattle your cage, but sounds like you tangled your lines with his kite, as you were transitioning ... you are both in the wrong .... him for having his kite in the air in the parking lot, you for both having the kite up and not looking where you're going as you're zipping up and down the road.

Sorry but if you expect other kiters to abide to common sense rule, it has to be for everybody.

Flame on !

now you funny too ;-)

I do agree with you that it's a bad idea to fly a kite in the parking lot, for obvious reasons.

not sure how you got an exception ...
