And it's even worse during the summer at the delta, as there's no doubt there's plenty of dihydrogen monoxide there, but other irritants as well.

I think more than the DMHO issue at the Delta is the Phosphoric Di-Oxy Phosphate, which is a byproduct of water treatment plants.

Well, yeah, that's bad too, but I just wonder if there's anything we can do about all this dihydrogen monoxide (dmho)... :(

Sorry for Goosing you- now back to you're tissue issue...

surfing after ANY RAINSTORM is plain old YUCKY these days- (thats life)
The infrastructure falling apart/failing, RAW SEWAGE is released to avoid overflow.... it's a bad idea to surf within city limits, its a REALLY BAD IDEA to surf for 3 days after a storm...

So REALITY is NOT FUNNY- ( I wish it was really as simple as flushing a little sand out from under your eye lids but its not)
