Universal swivel

Hello, and I apologize in advance if I am posting in the wrong section...Ahhh...I'll be able to sleep better tonight now...
I have been searching the interweb to no avail for a replacement universal swivel....Mutiny is out of stock, and no reply to numerous request's for availability....Naish is available in the UK for a crazy amount of $$ so I am wondering if anyone here can enlighten me as to where one might find a source for these seemingly elusive replacement parts.
I bet someone could make a fortune if they designed and produced a solid replacement swivel for front lines! Idea!!!!

Hehe!! Thanks for the 'enlightenment'...no wonder I couldn't find a Mutiny swivel :-(
