Eat, sleep, kite, repeat!

Going on 5 days in a row today. Every muscle and bone in my body sore but already checking wind. I'm such a junkie!

If you get a good dose of protein within 45 mins of exercising, that'll help with the aches a lot. That's what kept me going through my 6 days straight (two of which were absolutely nuclear).
