Alcatraz?

Did an orange kite just land on Alcatraz? Is that part of Ai Weiwei's kite installation?

The misconception of totalitarianism is that freedom can be imprisoned. This is not the case. When you constrain freedom, freedom will take flight and land on a windowsill - or perhaps on a tourist if you're not careful when landing it
