King of the Bay was really fun. What would it take to get more regular contests going, to complement the thursday night races? Would permits and stuff be required if it was a more low key event, no major announcement booths, etc?
Is that the point of all the expression sessions KWS organizes?
Could even make it a circuit around the bay?
More frequent contest/events?
