Incident at Wadell today?

Wadell today: Anybody know why the local ranger's car was on the south part of the beach at some point around 2pm and an ambulance was heard coming? It was pretty windy and I was on the water at the time.

A female kiter sucked down a lot of water and wasn't feeling to good. Should be ok.

Gosh, guys I was having such a lovely time riding that wave, when I suddenly ate it, and eventually found myself "playing" in the riptide with my kite relaunching and going back away from shore!!!

I'm fine and so is my gear...

Thanks to the locals -- Ed and Malibu Mike -- who helped me out...but especially my awesome guy -- Bret.

See you there again soon!!!
