Shameless promo of Kite Adventures:
Just got back from an 8 day trip with Kite Adventures (www.kiteadventures.com). It is well worth the trip to Brazil. Alberto, their guide, arranges everything. You need something, ask Alberto. Recommendation? Ask Alberto. All you have to do is wake up in the morning and roll your ass into a Dune Buggy to start the days downwinders. You average 30-45k downwinders every day. We had wind 8 out of 8 days! I topped out at 60k of downwinding (new verb?) one day. 12m and 9m wind every day. They have it down with not having to worry about hotel, transfers, travel, drivers, help, anything. Highly recommended! Why go somewhere and mess with logistics when for a great price it's all taken care of?
Yeah, Jessie asked me to write this after I raved about the trip in feedback to her. They deserve all the promo they can get. It's worth it. Book it for later this year.
Oh, and yes, kite cam video of Brazil coming...

waking up and looking out at the harbor, the mirror smooth water is sooo reassuring.., no worries about wind today!
I think, (very dangerous!) I'll try to brew my coffee with 151 instead of water today..
Limm.. (mm-mm-goood)
PS. Glade to hear your Kite Adventure trip went so well!! :)

yer' right! my pod maker would cost about a trillion bucks to replace here.. (and sitting here with 600 pods and no coffee maker would really suck!)
Today I went on a cleaning rampage, tore throught the place then moved on to the car. I cleaned untell I picked up my girl at the airport. (I guess that cleaning solution worked pretty well) :yawinkle:
Good part was Mary had a new kite for me!!! Fuel 15, I flew it in 5 to 10mph on the beach this evening, SWEET KITE!
Hope you pick up some of that SWELL!!

Jesse,
It seems you've got a winning combination in Brazil. All I've heard is rave reviews with your service there, GREAT WORK!!
As far as getting/GIVING reviews/feedback I strongly encourage as many as possable to take part, this is a very valuable part of this community. By getting as many personal responces to products and services I feel our community is able to get a better handle on what is real and what is not. Personally I love to read others impressions no matter how well written. I consider this a core trait of real kiters and it's the closest thing we have to the honesty in advertizing. One of the reasons kiters are a close-nitt society is becouse we are inclusive on and off the playing field.
Keep up the good work,
Greg
Yuri,
I'll write up a little review after I get some real wind!
