No precip in the forecast for at least a week. Last year by this time it was powpow city in Tahoe.

Guys, there were maybe two early season dumps last year but nothing more. Ther real stuff didn't fall till late Dec/early Jan. It's like that every year. Resorts open by Thanksgiving is actually rather unusual for Tahoe.

Thanks for the reality check, Gabe. My first day in the snow last year was Halloween!

I suppose you've already been to Skyline, though. I hear it's been on for about two weeks already.
