Funny stuff... I'm dreading this 9 family camp out at Jenkinson Lake tomorrow with all my wife's girlfriends. Had to Google "kitesurfing jenkinson lake"

Assume birdman was in a similar situation 4 years ago.

I tried it last year on a company outing. Winds were pretty light and inconsistent, especially near the trees on the shore which created a wind shadow. If you have a boat, you may have better luck launching in the middle of the lake. But it you have a boat, id stick to wakeboarding.
