Hi Folks,
I am heading to Los Suenos, just south of La Ventana for a family vacation march 24 - 31. I know it is toward the end of the season so I was wondering if it was worth it to haul my gear down there. If not, can anyone recommend a place to rent gear? I know if I bring my gear there will be no wind, and if I do not it will blow.
Any advice?
Dave

You answered it yourself, if you dont bring your gear it will blow! So dont take your gear, and rent:) pretty sure our friends at Palapas Ventana rent gear, contact Tim to see what he has. Good winds!

I wouldn't rely on Tim @ Palapas Ventanas. He has changed his rules. When we were down there last month we went to rent freedive fins and a couple of other items and they would not rent to us unless we were booked in his charters. I told them we had rented before, but they are now told not to rent per Tim.
In looking at his gear, I didn't see much in the way of kite stuff down there right now.
I think Nat will rent if you know him and Baja Joes may rent as well. There are a ton of schools down there right now. Personally, I would just bring your biggest kite and a harness and you can rent a board anywhere.
