what i found so far on chaos (i own 9m,11m,13m): as long as you subtract the kite size shown on the kite by 2, and are willing to be faster in everything you are doing (since hang time is short), and also are willing to never sell your kites (because no one will buy them compared to the switchblade) you should be ok:)

Hellz yeah, mine's on the way...I've been riding a carbon 27.5 Anthem lately and 650b is awesome...
Kind of an interesting thought...my buddy on Maui has a Tallboy Carbon and I think I prefer the 29er.

Reco, my complaint has to do with the "wobble" you feel in the 29" wheels when you rail hard through turns. Then again, this is a function of rider mass, so you feel it less.
