Gear Advice

Hi All,
I am just about to finish my kiteboarding lessons at 3rd Avenue and starting to look for gear.
I saw this on the classifieds and wanted some pro advice:
EPIC SCREAMER 12M KITE 2010- COMPLETE - KITE, BAG, BAR/LINES AND PUMP for $400

I am 5"9 155 lbs. I will be moving back to Toronto soon where the winds are much lighter (~10 knots).

Thanks,
Sameer

Hey Sameer,

Toronto as in Canada?

I kite Lake Michigan and the kite size I use the most is a 12M. Its a good first kite. My buddy rides an epic screamer and loves it. The gear is 4 years old now so definitely inspect it well.

Also we are putting together a list of places to ride in the great lakes area. Haven't made it to Toronto yet but you can check out this map if your ever closer to Michigan

That's what they get for flying two brand new kites at the same time. ";
Sold all my gear; ebbs and flows; see you next season.

@Bryce
Yup, Toronto Canada. There is some good spots around Sauble Beach, but I am noob so don't know how it compares to other places.

Be careful. 2010's had bladder quality problems.
They are great kites though. Love my screamers.
