Where to rent boards for ridiing at 3rd ave

I'm flying in to SF this weekend and want to ride 3rd ave. Last time I was there I noticed that a shop had set up with some rental equipement in a shipping crate down by the edge of the driving range. I plan on bringing my kites but I don't want to pack my board in from Dallas. The Airlines always give me a hard time about it.

Can anyone tell me the name of that shop and/or give me a web address or phone number?
