JOHN LINDSAY/DIABLO POWER PLANT METEOROLOGIST AS OF EVENING OF 4/10:

Increasing northwesterly winds will generate an 8- to 10-foot northwesterly (310-degree deep-water) sea and swell (with a 7- to 14-second period) along our coastline Thursday through Friday. Persistently strong onshore flow will produce night and morning low clouds, fog and cooler coastal temperatures Thursday and continuing through the weekend.
