I for one love this time of the year....we have surf and the wind seems to be working just enough to keep the masses away, and more than adequate for the secret sessions....

Love the days when you share the line up with 3-5 friends, all who you know will not poach your wave or get in the way of your down the line heroics.

....A new favorite of mine: coming to a beach to surf, to find it too windy, and kiting with a handful of other surfers in the water....then the wind backs off and you get to surf the glassy slabs....yes, I love this time of the year.

Gotta run, the wind is blowing and the surf is up!
