Anybody Going to be at Folsom Lake this week?

Looks like we might get some decent wind later this week. Anybody headed to Folsom lake?

I live in Folsom and am excited about the opportunity to kite close to home. I spent the summer learning the basics in Alameda, but only have a 10M Crossbow, so the past couple months have been tough wind-wise. I have read on previous posts that Folsom Point and Granite Bay are the best lauching places. Hope to see some Sacramento kiters out there!

Looks like steady rain. I am hoping for Saturday clearing winds. Wind will be from the South so the launch will be at Granite Bay.

Thx for the heads up. I got a good session early this am then got a bit overpowered with the 10m and had to call it a day! Great day and good to see so many kiters at the lake! Looking forward to spending more time out there this season.
