Should be wind, but rain as well. Anyone think this might be doable? I have my eye on Alameda.

I am. Early session at OB at 9am and then thinking about hitting alameda or Crissy afterwards or stay at OB.

Maybe time for me to give OB another try? But I would go earlier than you le_noun. Do people launch at Taraval?

Watch out for OB tomorrow. It's gonna be bigger swell than the summer, gustier and sharkier...
You can launch anywhere. The beach is big enough to hot launch from any spots until you hit sloan.

Alameda was looking good at dawn today! I was the only one at the beach, ready to self launch when I realized that a safety line replacement had used the wrong length line, making my setup un-usable... needed to pack things up after all my setup.
