For some reason they were unable to update the date on their FB page, but the event is on currently. I just checked their live feed and it doesn't look like it is happening today 10/29, the first day of Hurricane Sandy. I get a feeling its a low budget endeavor, they keep missing opportunities to make this event relevant.
