Hood River summer 2012

I am more of a wave guy but I found this fun to watch.

It is obvious that we can no more explain a passion to a person who has never experienced it than we can explain light to the blind. T.S.Eliot

Nice moves! Feel like I've plateau'd after learning to backroll; want to learn those unhooked tricks.

The event butter is hella shallow... part of the reason they wear boots i think is to keep their feet from getting jacked up on the rocks... its partially a cobble streambed that outflows from Hood "Glacier" River into the Columbia, Muy Frio!

I think there have been a few VERY serious injuries do to how shallow it is, the cobbles don't help anything either.

SIK Video... i want to do some filming like that.
