OB wind meter link

Can someone please send me the link for the OB wind meter link. At least about a year ago I remember there was a nice wind speed and camera page (the meter was similar config as the one on top of the jawa building at 3rd)

The anemometer hasn't been working lately.

But the 'Whitecap-O-Meter' in the picture works 100% of the time!
