Hyperflex Cyclone2 wetsuit - $169.99 for a 5/4!
I tried the Amp K model and was totally disappointed with the quality. The rubber was not very stretchy/flexible and the cut was a little unsophisticated (ie didn't fit body shape well). Are these new suits any improvement?

I'd have to agree with you, and that is why the suit was completely redesigned (and came out of a new factory) in 2012. The AMP-K went by the wayside a year ago, and was replaced with the AMP3-Wind, which is a killer suit, not only in terms of function/fit but also in quality.

Thanks! I'll revisit the new suits. I'm a big fan of the kite specific features but it still has to be a quality suit!

I got 2 seasons out of my amp K but the velcro is now going at the ankles, where do you go to buy one?

I have been super happy with my Hyperflex %/4 quite warm, flexible and lasting well despite almost daily use.

Just order 2 of these. ordered one women's 5/4. affordable suits for women are very hard to get and this could be the ticket.
Yeah chicks don't dig the cold so 5/4 should run pretty well through the winter for surfing, supping kiting storms.

They have the (admittedly flawed) AmpK. $109 for 5/3, $99 for 4/3.
I've used my 4/3 for awhile now, and velcro is crap, but I still like it. It fits me well.
I'm actually hoping they'll replace it on warranty within my 1 year window.
Just bought a 5/3 too for the coast/winter kiting.
