Billy makes a good suit. Much better than the Hyperflex. Although like all brands, they have entry level suits and high performance suits.
Check out the models listed. Any suit from them with a MSRP of over $275-300 is likely a great suit with quality rubber. Cheaper suits use cheaper rubber. Only way to save money in manufacture as the labor is about the same. Cheap neoprene is less stretchy, not as warm, and won't last as long.
