Warm Water Kiteboarding Vacation - Labor Day Weekend

My girlfriend and I are SF Bay locals, looking for a warm water kiting destination late August/early September. Anyone have any good recommendations?

@ Winderider99 - I hear good things about Cabrete and Aruba. Might just have to give them a shot.
@ Kitecrazy - We are Burning Man junkies and since we're not going this year, we feel the need to escape somewhere warm and fun during Labor Day week.
