Impact/floatation vest found at Toll Plaza today

Found an impact/flotation vest on the overpass going back to the east bay from Toll Plaza this afternoon.

Hope somebody gets their vest back---but that aside, how was the Toll Plaza today? Racetrack wasn't good, and I don't think Berkeley ever picked up, either.

It was rideable early afternoon but not for very long.
