Hi,
I'm somewhat new to the SF area, am Swedish but moved here from Brazil. After a long wait my equipment has finally arrived to SF and I'm eager to get back on the water, but not sure where. I've been kitesurfing since 2007 and am a pretty average kiter. Used to hard winds from South Africa and other places. I live in the city, in the Marina (have wheels). Anyone planning to kite this next weekend and would like to share some advise on spots or meetups?

Just about everyone on the forum is planning to kite next weekend. :mrgreen: Popular spots are 3rd Ave in Foster City, Alameda and Sherman Island; on a windy weekend, any of those spots will have dozens of kiters. Crissy Field may be close for you in the Marina, but it has difficult conditions and you won't want to kite there without an emergency radio.
