Time is off on BAK posts

Anyone notice lately that the time displayed for posts is off by an hour or so? Maybe the server's timezone is off or something? Anyway, it's always saying that posts were posted in the future...

Case in point - it's currently 10:50pm Feb 13. But the post I just posted says it was posted at 11:49pm Feb 13.
