I've been there twice in the last 2 years, and I'd guess the new developments are: 3 kiteboarding schools (Cometa Copal, La Sandia, and Blue Dream), 2 restaurants, and high speed wi-fi. It doesn't seem any new buildings have gone up.

Re: Your Fall/Winter Kiteboarding Destinations
I am heading to Nuevo Vallarta during the Banderas Bay Regatta March 10th-14th next mont. Got an amazing deal with flights and accommodations at Paradise Village. I found Bill Tai's post about his trip to the area: http://windjournal.blogspot.com/2008/04 ... larta.html and has some pretty good content. We have access to a friends motor boat so will most likely be traveling to beaches that way.
Taking my 8m and 12m. Any suggestions from others who have visited?
Thanks,
Bryan

I'm in Progreso Mexico. Great wind, endless beach, very warm, excellent seafood in town, friendly vibe, cheap beer on the beach.
