Who knows if the wind will cooperate, but tomorrow (Sunday, 6/12) I'm going to head over to Alameda for my first post-lesson session of trying to figure stuff out. If any of you seasoned boarders will be over there around noon or so, PM me your phone # and maybe we can hook up. I think I know what I'm doing wrt rigging & launches and stuff (I've done it a couple of times), but it'd be nice to have a more experienced person there to help out. (Yeah, I know I could grab some random kiteboarder to help, but it'd also be nice to meet folks from this site.)

You could also ask Rebecca or Jane at the shack about who to ask for help. They know all the kiters and can point you to an experienced ones.
