WANTED: Kite/Board Bag to travel on plane

Post by kitedancer » Tue Jun 07, 2005 12:55 pm

Hello,

I am flying to NY next Tuesday, and need a bag that will fit 2 kites & a board. Anyone selling one?

Thanks!

Ciao,
Katrina

I dont have one for sale. but i would suggest getting one that is disguised as golf bag to avoid airline excess luggage charge. it's spacious, plus those wheels at the bottom of the bag come in handy. hope this helps.

get an nsi deceiver bag from evan @ live2kite.com, perhaps? he lives in marin, so it's easy to swing by and pick one up.

Isn't the NSI Deveiver limited to boards under 148 cm?

you're right, 148 is probably the max. (i couldn't fit my gaastra g-drive 151, but i replaced that with a slingshot sx 132 prior to my baja trip last year.)

I have a NSI bag you can borrow. Email me at doubledogdare@hotmail.com. However, I live in San Jose and will be working untill Thursday night when I take off to Tahoe.
