Go to the North Tower, it's usually pretty flat and the wind is much steadier.

Crissy can have nasty chop, but it also can be very flat, depends on what the current is doing. You have to pay your dues from time to time, we all have, but it can be a great place to kite.

I agree with Z, the Delta is just not worth the drive. Be in Walnut Creek by 1PM or forget it.
