Browse around this site and also www.sfkitesurfing.com for a list of spots.

I believe all the spots listed on sfkitesurfing are listed here as well. You can find the locations pages at https://www.bayareakiteboarding.com/forum-23.html

There's plenty of great kiting to be had here but the weather and water don't match up to the Aloha of the Islands!

Just got back and you're headed in the right direction. The best place is Ka'a Point ("Kite Beach"). The locals were riding 5-8 meters every day-- a few larger kites were also spotted by the FAA.

Oh wait, you're leaving Maui? I've been on that plane too long.

Are you leaving Maui?
If you are,I will be there in July, and if you show me around at some of the places to kite, I would be just as happy to show you around at some of the bay area spots.

South Pacific is the best in all the world. Secondly Boracay & Palawan islands in the Philippines and Cabarete in the Dominican Republic.
