I was going to ask this question to him, but I have a question about repair on my leading edge. My Nitro has a 3 cm rip on the leading edge, and no damage to the bladder itself, however. Can this be fixed simply placing a repair kit/patches on the both sides, evenly? Or I'd better ask someone to fix the rip as it may become bigger. Any recommendation very much appreciated!

I think Charlie will be back midweek or so. It might be OK to patch it on both sides, but it will be a weak area in all probability, so if it slams down onto the water leading edge first, it may blow out in that area. Might be better to have it professionally repaired.....

Yoko have it repaired at a shop. It'll be stronger than any other part of the kite. ;-)

Sonny Sword in Foster City did a massive repair job on my "barn door" rip. Rode it three times since getting it back, works like new. Only took two days to finish.

Thanks! Actually Sonny already repaired my kite and it's beautifully done! It only took him less than a day!! He's great!
