Post by OliverG » Fri Apr 15, 2005 7:38 am

Windwing team rider Flash Austin, designers Bill Hansen and John Bellacera will all be at the Pismo Beach event in California on April 22 and then spend a few days in San Francisco Bay area. Keep an eye here for possible opportunities for impromptu clinics and kite sessions.

More info to be posted soon!

Looks like the team will be heading back up to the Bay after Pismo and be kiting on the Bay and Delta Monday through Thursday.

Monday after kiting, there may be a social get-together for food and drinks, depending on where the wind is. We'll keep details posted here as we know more.

The Windwing team will also be doing some photography shoots at kiting sites during their visit. Likely sites include Crissy Field and the Delta. The more Windwing kites in the air the better, so come out and send it for the camera for possible inclusion in ads and articles featuring Flash Austin and Windwing team riders. More info on dates and times to be posted.

It actually was posted as a screensaver, although it appears this one isn't as high-res as it should be, but check the rest out:
