Has anyone kited in Florence, Oregon? Can share some info? I might be taking a trip there next week - looks like a killer spot! According to the iKite archive, it was kiteable with solid sideshore wind about about 10 days last September. Thanks in advance!

Go to nwkite.com and search or ask. You will get lots of info.

Just bring your 5/3, booties, hood and gloves (in case it's really-really cold). Water was 50 degrees in Newport a couple of weeks ago. A 2 hour session left us both with totally numb feet. And huge grins on our faces!
