I started writing an application to harvest public data from NOAA, metar/airport, etc, but got bored with it :) Cool to see you pull it off.

This is not meant to be the only source of information of course.
My initial goal was to avoid checking 10 different websites to find public sensor readings and view some webcams. Mashups are useful for that.
