There are too many words in the article, but we should lock up all the shysters that gave the loans, and re-establish debtor’s prison or at least mandatory community service for the borrowers. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to borrow only what you can pay back. It’s not free money, it’s our falling home values and crazy gas prices that pay for it!

Property getting real cheap out in the delta, keepin an eye out of Sherman Island rd. -- but I doubt most of those people bought during the peak.

I've been waiting for a while for this shit to blow up -- saving for when it does. Buy gold cause it's gonna get worse.

When considering investing in commodities, just remember that the smart money gets out right when the fools rush in because there is no one left to buy. Remember what happened to tech stocks in 2000? We are already in the "it's different this time" phase.
