Going to a family event there, would rather kite then Golf. Anyone know if there are places to kite there?

try kiting the water hazards on the Pebble beach Golf course.
Video tape it.

oh wait.. see that big swimming pool right at the north end of Pebble Beach? Try boosting air out in the ocean and landing in the pool. Its only like 50 feet away

I was at a conference at Asilomar in January and scoped out the beach right there for kiting but didn't get to try it due to weather. It's a nice wave, and there weren't too many surfers out on the rainy days. Maybe the NW wind scares them off, too. That spot should have good sideshore wind certain days.

Thanks for the tips. I will definately try to kite near the greens, to mess up my father in laws chip shot.
